Chimney Inspection in HoustonLocal care. Clear answers.

Joe came to our house to look at our fireplace and chimney and immediately put me at ease. He did not try to upsell or use high pressure sales tactics and was upfront and honest. I could tell he was very passionate about chimneys, which is the EXACT person you want working on your chimney! Michelle is also extremely nice and was very quick to respond when I had a question. They did not ask me to write this review. I have worked with a couple of other chimney companies that come in with a shop vac and end up making a big sooty mess of your house and/or try to upsell you or tell you that you need a full replacement or your house will burn down. No one needs that. Call Texas Family Chimney. You want someone in your house who knows what they’re doing when it comes to your chimney and is honest. We had a leak next to the chimney and Texas Family Chimney replaced the siding, chase cover and chase cap.

After dealing with a persistent chimney leak and hiring two different companies that couldn’t identify or fix the problem, we were beyond frustrated. Thankfully, Texas Family Chimney Care came to the rescue.

Maynor was incredibly thorough, professional, and determined to find the source of the leak. Unlike the previous companies, he didn’t just apply a quick fix and hope for the best. He carefully inspected everything and discovered that the flashing around our chimney had been improperly sealed by a previous contractor. …

Great service from Texas Family Chimney Care! Took over an older home, needing lots of repairs. We wanted our chimney to be in working conditions for the winter since our central a/c-heater is currently out. From the start, communication was excellent. They gave me an ETA of arrival time and were on time. They did an inspection and were able to provide me with pictures before and after. Mecha was very knowledgeable and was able to give me great tips on how and what to use for the chimney. …

They provided and prompt estimate and ready to work on the same day. We are grateful for their assistance because we had several items to address. Reasonable pricing for their time and labor! Thank you, Texas Family Chimney Care! Check Before and after photos!

Had an unexpected leak with our chimney and the weather wasn’t in our favor. The technician Joe was very nice and very thorough. They did some work inside the fireplace and did a good cleaning. Very professional and thoughtful of our belongings.

Mesha and his crew were great! They waterproofed the surround of the chimney area and replaced the chimney cap. They deep cleaned the chimney which I don’t think has ever been done in my 50 year old home. They fixed the lever on the damper. They replaced the fireplace screen. Everything was done quickly and at a good price. They protected the floor and surrounding areas every time they worked inside and they made sure the doors and gates were closed every time they came in and out so my dog wouldn’t escape. I truly appreciate the care they took with regards to my home and pets. …
